Amir is our group's Social Media Coordinator. He is our group's promoter. His job is to manage social media, such as creating posters for our chocovac and promoting our business on Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp. Amir is also in charge of customer service, for example, he will assist in answering customer questions about our product, collecting and analysing customer feedback, and responding to customer reviews.
